I. Scope of Application

Winged turnstile is generally used to realize dissuasion and access control of public passages. The mechanical part of the turnstile contains an emergency control device, which allows automatic opening of the two wings in case of power failure; when power supply is resumed, the two wings will be reset automatically. The turnstile has different optional configurations, applicable to all building conditions and capable of providing a solution for the control of all kinds of passage entrances & exits.

II. Features

1. The turnstile has rainproof housing, made of SUS304# 1.2mm stainless steel plate and processed by numeric control punching and laser drilling, novel and elegant.
2. The turnstile has unique mounting surfaces, ensuring simple and convenient installation of the turnstile control equipment of system integrators.
3. Interior module of the tripod turnstile is a LINIX (the best micro-motor brand in China) Brushless DC Motor. Its finish has been treated by yellow dichromate plating.
4. Programmable turnstile control is available, for one-direction or bi-direction control (to be set by the user).
5. The base is fixed with expansion bolts.

V. Decorative Facing Cover:

For Jzh-120Y turnstile, two decorative facing covers are installed at each side of the housing. The covers are made of 10mm-thick PVC materials.

On the standard decorative cover, the words "Please put in your card here" are printed using silk-screen printing method. The background color of the decorative cover is white, and other words can also be printed as may be required by customers. The system integrator can install different user interfaces according to users' requirements, such as IC card reader, magnetic card reader, fingerprint scanner, status indicating light, exit button equipment, etc.

VI. Operating Instructions

Jzh-120 winged turnstile has two different operating modes:
1) Always Free Passing (Barrier Free Passage)
2) Electric Driving Entry Control (Intelligent Passage through Identification by means of IC, ID, Barcode, etc.)
Each of the above operating modes has an emergency design: when a power failure occurs, the tripod wings will automatically open to ensure free passage through the turnstile.
The two-way operating modes are defined by the above code and have something to do with the operation selected.

VII. Work to be Carried out by the Customer:

Single-Phase 5A 220V power supply, grounded to the connecting line of the control equipment (Connect the controllers' dry contact (or level) control signal to PASS1 or PASS2)

Possible civil works and fixation work

1) Civil Works:

Use GB (Chinese Standard) 405# Portland cement concrete to build a foundation with a thickness from 10CM to 15CM. The installation can be carried out five to seven days after the concrete foundation is completed.

2) Fixation

The turnstile base plate can be opened. There are four 12mm holes inside the base. Use four 8mm*10mm expansion bolts to fix the base.
